Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I AI ("the Service"), operated at webapp-ioslqzbr.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and I AI ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the Service

I AI is a web-based platform that allows businesses and individuals to:

  • Connect their Instagram Business/Creator account and WhatsApp Business account
  • View and manage direct messages from a unified inbox
  • Enable AI-powered auto-replies to incoming messages using artificial intelligence
  • Configure the AI assistant's tone, personality, and business context

The Service integrates with Meta's official APIs (Instagram Graph API, WhatsApp Business API) and uses Google Gemini for AI-generated responses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Connecting Social Media Accounts

When you connect your Instagram or WhatsApp account to the Service, you authorize us to access your messaging data through Meta's official OAuth 2.0 authentication flow. You acknowledge that:

  • You are the rightful owner or authorized administrator of the connected accounts
  • You have the authority to grant us access to the messaging data on those accounts
  • Your use of Instagram and WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and policies
  • You may disconnect your accounts at any time through the Settings page

5. AI-Generated Replies

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and send replies to your customers' messages. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated replies are automated and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete
  • You are solely responsible for the content sent from your connected accounts, including AI-generated replies
  • You should review and monitor the AI's responses to ensure they meet your standards and comply with applicable laws
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from AI-generated messages sent on your behalf

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Meta's platform policies
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of the Service.

7. Meta Platform Compliance

Our Service operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. As a user, you also agree to comply with all applicable Meta policies when using our Service to interact with Instagram and WhatsApp.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by I AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content and data from your connected social media accounts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your messaging data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Meta API outages). We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • AI-generated content sent through the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any third-party services, including Meta's platforms

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I AI and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your account data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
